Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri Carries Copies of Guru Granth Sahib from Afghanistan – Watch Video

New Delhi: Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri, as well as MoS MEA V Muraleedharan and BJP leader RP Singh, among others, received three copies of Sikh scriptures Shri Guru Granth Sahib who arrived from Afghanistan with evacuated in an Indian Air Force flight to Delhi airport on Tuesday morning.

Evacuees arriving from Kabul on board an Indian Air Force plane chanted “Jo bole so Nihal Sat Sri Akal” and “Waheguru Ji ka Khalsa Waheguru Ji ki Fateh”.

India is carrying out the evacuation missions in coordination with the United States and several other friendly countries. At least 146 citizens were brought back on four different flights on Monday amid the deteriorating security situation in the war-torn country.
