Rohit Sharma took to Twitter to express his excitement. He wrote, “𝗙.π—₯.π—œ.π—˜.𝗑.𝗗.𝗦, this is the reunion I am waiting for!” and tweeted a picture of himself in the backdrop of a cheering Indian crowd during an old match

Like many of us, even Rohit Sharma, one of India’s leading hitters, is a fan of the sitcom FRIENDS. A show that rocked the 90s and continued to promote many friendships in the 21st century is back in the last episode.

Rohit Sharma took to Twitter to express his excitement. He wrote, “𝗙.π—₯.π—œ.π—˜.𝗑.𝗗.𝗦, this is the reunion I am waiting for!” and tweeted a picture of himself in the backdrop of a cheering Indian crowd during an old match. Sharma, through this tweet, tried to enforce the knowledge that he wants the reunion of cricket and its fans.

FRIENDS #Reunion is causing some buzz on social media and Rohit Sharma jumped the bandwagon to tell that he is missing Indian crowds at the stadium. 

As an athlete, performing in front of your supporters provides a different kind of adrenaline rush. Rohit seems to have lost that race in the midst of the epidemic as fans are not allowed on the field. India will finally play in front of England fans when they play the World Test Championship final on 18 June 2021.
