Maharashtra Class 10 Exam 2021: Marking Policy Released, See Details

Maharashtra Class 10 Exam: Earlier, in the light of the covid-19 pandemic, the Maharashtra board had canceled the Maharashtra SSC board exams 2021. 

Maharashtra Class 10 Exam: Maharashtra Minister of Primary and Secondary Education Varsha Gaikwad on Friday announced that marks will be allocated to 10th graders on the basis of their performance in classes 9 and 10 examination subjects conducted by schools. Earlier, due to the covid-19 epidemic, the Maharashtra board canceled the Maharashtra SSC 2021 board exams.

Maharashtra Class 10 2021 board exams were expected to take place from April 28 to May 21, 2021.

The board has also postponed the review of the Maharashtra HSC board or class 12 due to the current covid-19 status, however, the board has said it will review the situation in June 2021 and only then reach a final decision on the Maharashtra class 12 board 2021 board.

Following exams will be used for school-based assessment of class 10 students:

Most of the state boards have already either postponed or canceled their board exams in view of the rising number of coronavirus cases. Recently, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and Council for The Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) have also canceled the class 10th board exams and had postponed the class 12th board exams in light of the pandemic.
