After the cancellation and postponement of various admission and admission exams, medical aspirants are also asking the authorities to postpone the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET). As per the notice published on March 12, 2021, the National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test UG exam on August 1 in paper and pen format. The application form for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test 2021 has not yet been released.

According to PTI reports, the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test 2021 is expected to be “pushed back to September”. However, a final decision in this regard has not yet been made and the ministry is reviewing the COVID-19 situation in states and UTs. Amid the uncertainty over the exam schedule, students continually asked for the exam to be postponed.

Medical aspirants took to Twitter to ask the NTA and Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ to postpone the NEET entrance exam until October. Here are some of the recent tweets.

Commenting on the Supreme Court ruling on on-board exams, one user tweeted: “Why our court doesn’t ask the NTA the same. Are only the boards so important? “

The Minister of Education will host a live session on June 25, 2021, to answer students’ questions for Class Council 12 exams. It is expected that the Minister of Education will also talk about the JEE Main 20-21 and NEET 20-21 exams.
