Delhi Crime: Kidnapping of owner’s son to pay off debt

Delhi Crime: Delhi Police arrested 4 people including Kidnapper, his girlfriend and his girlfriend’s mother, solving the sensational kidnapping and ransom case of a businessman’s son. The accused demanded rupee crore by kidnapping the son of the owner of the banquet hall.

East Delhi DCP Priyanka Kashyap said on December 18, she obtained information about the kidnapping when businessman Vikas paid a ransom of 50 lakhs to save her son from the kidnapper’s clutches (Delhi Crime). Indeed, on December 17, Kinsukh, son of Vikas, the owner of the banquet hall, was kidnapped while going to buy flowers with Richa, the decorator of the banquet hall of Ghazipur Phool Mandi.

All three were captured showing a pistol

Kinsukh and Richa went to the flower market in Ghazipur to buy flowers. The driver kept waiting outside. As soon as the two returned and started to sit in the car, a kidnapper showed a gun and captured the three and asked the driver to drive. After that, the kidnapper called Kinsukh’s father, Vikas, and demanded rupees crore. The car continued to roll through the streets of Delhi and negotiations continued for a ransom. The amount of the ransom was set at 50 lakhs.

Kinsukh’s father was in the kidnapper’s clutches

The kidnapper called Kinsukh’s father in the Ashok Vihar area to pay the ransom. Kinsukh’s father reached the Ashok Vihar area with ransom money. The kidnapper also made them sit in the car. After driving the car a short distance, the kidnapper dropped Kinsukh, decorator Richa and the driver, but did not leave Kinsukh’s father. Now Kinsukh’s father was in Kidnapper’s clutches. After walking them on the roads of Delhi for about 30 kms, he went after the ransom money.

Information given to the police on December 18

Meanwhile, Kinsukh, the driver and the decorator Richa had returned home. After some time, Kinsukh’s father also returned home and informed the police about the case the next day, that is, December 18. To solve the sensational kidnapping and ransom case, the police formed three teams. The owner of the banquet hall, Vikas, his son Kinsukh, the decorator Richa and the driver explained the whole story of the kidnapping. The kidnapper scanned CCTV footage of the entire area they had all moved to in Delhi.

According to DCP East Priyanka Kashyap, images from around 150 CCTV cameras have been scanned. All these CCTV cameras were installed on the 70 km course where the kidnapper turned around. Eventually, with the help of technical surveillance and CCTV cameras, the police solved the sensational kidnapping case.

Police were shocked when the case was resolved

When this case was resolved, the police were also surprised. In fact, the mastermind of this kidnapping turned out to be none other than Richa, a flower decorator working in the banquet hall. Police say Richa and her boyfriend Gurmeet committed the sensational kidnapping incident. Not only that, Richa’s mother was also with her in this kidnapping case and Richa’s friend Kamal also supported her. The police arrested these four.

A plot has been hatched to pay off the debt

When police questioned Richa, she revealed that she, along with her boyfriend Gurmeet, had hatched the kidnapping plot to pay off her debts. Richa had also included her mother and a friend in this. (Delhi Crime) Police said Richa’s father lost his job during lockdown and during that time Richa was in high debt. He had made this plan for this loan.
