After CBSE, CISCE cancels Class 12 board exams

After CBSE- A few hours after the Central Board of Higher Education (CBSE) announced the cancellation of Grade 12 of the Board of 2021 in view of the COVID-19 epidemic, and the Council for Indian School Certification (CISCE).

“The tests have been canceled. The alternatives will be announced soon,” CISCE Board Secretary Gerry Arathoon told PTI.

After CBSE-The decision of the Indian School Certificate Examinations Council (CISCE) came after the CBSE board cancellation of board exams, which was taken at a high-level meeting hosted by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

It was decided that the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) would take steps to consolidate the results of Grade 12 learners in accordance with well-defined objectives.

The Premier reaffirmed that the decision was taken in the interest of the students and that the concerns of students, parents and teachers must be addressed. CICSE last week asked its schools to submit details, including the average marks obtained by Class 12 students in Class 11 and this time.

about icse- The Council has been so constituted as to secure suitable representation of: Government of India, State Governments/Union Territories in which there are Schools affiliated to the Council, the Inter-State Board for Anglo-Indian Education, the Association of Indian Universities, the Association of Heads of Anglo-Indian Schools, the Indian Public Schools’ Conference, the Association of Schools for the ISC Examination and members co-opted by the Executive Committee of the Council.
