Uttar Pradesh: According to the data, so far 62,356 people have tested positive for coronavirus in Gautam Buddh Nagar, which has 1,073 active cases.
Uttar Pradesh: Gaziabad recorded 47 new COVID-19 cases and Gautam Buddh Nagar added another 68 on Monday, when two neighboring states west of Uttar Pradesh registered seven more people, official sources said.
6 of the new deaths were in Ghaziabad, and 1 was in Gautam Buddh Nagar, as the number of these districts reached 442 and 450, respectively, according to Health State data for a period of 24 hours.
According to the data, so far 62,356 people have tested positive for coronavirus in Gautam Buddh Nagar, with 1,073 active cases.
Gaziabad’s case number is 55,064 and 1,688 active patients, it showed.
On the brighter side, 181 patients in Gautam Buddh Nagar and 123 in Ghaziabad were discharged after treatment as the overall recoveries in the districts reached 60,833 and 52,934, respectively.
The mortality rate of Gautam Buddh Nagar stands at 0.72% and the recovery rate is 97.55%, while the Ghaziabad figures are recorded at 0.80 percent and 96.13% respectively, according to statistics.
Meanwhile, the number of active COVID-19 cases in UP reached 37,044 while total revenue increased to 16,33,947 and the death toll rose to 20,497 on Monday, data showed.
