Lucknow, Jn. UP School Reopening 2021: Amidst the ever-decreasing cases of the second wave of the Corona epidemic, restrictions are being partially lifted from various business, economic activities as well as educational activities in Uttar Pradesh.
The Uttar Pradesh government has ordered to open all government primary and upper primary schools in the state from July 1, 2021. However, at present, children will not be allowed to come to school.
However, the school management can call its teachers and staff for academic and non-academic work as per the requirement.
Online education of students will continue through e-pathshala. The government has ordered to strictly follow the corona rules in schools.
The Uttar Pradesh government had earlier ordered the closure of all schools till June 30. Here educational activities are being conducted online in all government, non-government, council etc. schools.
Recently, Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Council Secretary Pratap Singh Baghel, in a directive sent to all Basic Education Officers and Divisional Assistant Directors of Education (Basic), said that teachers and staff in primary and upper primary schools of classes one to eight should be given administrative workallowed to come. Schools are being opened for administrative work only.
Due to covid in Uttar Pradesh, there has also been a big impact on the education in schools.
Now the Board of Secondary Education is preparing to open the school when the effect of corona virus subsides. The idea is to open a school for classes 9th to 12th.
For this, Education Board Secretary Divyakant Shukla had sought the opinion of the parents from the districts till the evening of 23 June, but most of the parents did not show interest in replying. Now ready to ask for opinion again.
By the stipulated date, the report of this effect reached the board headquarters only from the selected divisions from the state. In the report that has come, there is also an opinion of not opening the school.
Due to this, the board could not guess the intention of the parents on the basis of majority whether schools should be opened or not.
In such a situation, once again there is a preparation to ask for the opinion of the parents. Decision will be taken on the basis of opinion received in abundance.
Here, the parents are not in favor of sending the children to school till they get the anti-corona vaccine. The board can take a decision after collecting the opinion of the parents.
