What we are looking for:
- Linux, Apache, tomcat
- Knowledge of java/Jsp/html, knowledge of linux, knowledge of database/queries, apache, tomcat and jboss
- Must have experience on ITIL process & handling Incident, change & Problem management.
Responsibility:
- Content and patch deployments of different website and applications.
- Vulnerability closures of application at server level related to configuration of application servers.
- Server and infrastructure readiness for hosting of new application on internet.
- Monitoring of incident and interaction queues and timely closures
- Checking mails and responding to queries raised by users/stack holders.
- Identify the reported issues of production, analyze and resolve them on time.
- Coordination with development team and other IT IS teams in their activities
- Coordination with client.
