Sopore: Terrorists attacked a joint police and CRPF team in Naka, J&K on Saturday. The incident took place in the Arampora of Sopore. According to sources, 2 CRPF members died and 2 were seriously injured.
2 civilians also lost their lives in the attack. The area has been cordoned off by security forces and a manhunt has been launched to catch the fleeing terrorists who are still hiding in the same area.
Police said terrorists threw a grenade at a joint group of police and CRPF in the main market in Sopore town.

Terrorists opened fire on security forces in Sopore town, Baramulla district, J&K, officials said. They fired at a joint Central Police Reserve Force (CRPF) and police team near Main Chowk Sopore around noon, officials added.
The injured were rushed to a nearby hospital from where a policeman was taken to the Indian Army Base 92 hospital, PTI reported.
