IND vs WI 2nd T20: India set a target of 187 runs

IND vs WI 2nd T20: In the second T20 played at Eden Gardens (IND vs WI), Kolkata, India scored 186 runs for five wickets in 20 overs after playing the first.

For Team India, Rishabh Pant scored 52 points on 28 balls and Virat Kohli scored 52 points on 41 balls. In the end, Venkatesh Iyer scored 33 points from just 18 balls.

Roshton Chase took three wickets for West Indies.

India got off to a bad start

After losing the toss, going bat first, Team India’s start was not a good one. Flyhalf Ishan Kishan was fired after scoring just two runs on 10 balls.

After that, Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli attacked the Windies bowlers.

But Rohit returned to the lodge after scoring 19 runs on 18 balls with two fours and a six.

Rohit sent Suryakumar down to number four today. But he too got away with it.

He scored 8 points on 6 balls. After falling three wickets for 72 runs, Kohli held an innings. He ended his 30th half-century in T20 International by hitting a six.

But soon after, he was out. He was pitched by Roshton Chase for 52 runs.

Rishabh Pant and Venkatesh Iyer took India to a big score

When Virat Kohli came out, India’s score was just 106 points in 14th. After that, Rishabh Pant and Venkatesh Iyer went down on the Windies bowlers.

Iyer scored 33 points on just 18 balls. Meanwhile, four fours and a six came out of his bat. Meanwhile, Pant came back undefeated on 52 runs on 28 balls. He hit seven fours and a six.

Roshton Chase took three bowling wickets for West Indies. Other than that, Romario Shepherd and Sheldon Cottrell each got a wicket.
