BCCI-India vs West Indies: BCCI has announced players for ODI and T20 series against West Indies. Many new faces have been given a chance in the ODI team.
Team India Squad For ODI Series Against West Indies: The Cricket Board of India (BCCI) has announced Team India for the three-game T20 series against West Indies starting February 6 and the same number of ODI series.
Many new faces have had their chance in the ODI team. For the first time, leg spinner Ravi Bishnoi and allrounder spin Deepak Hooda were selected to the team.
Young leg spinner Ravi Bishnoi was selected in the Indian squad for the ODI and T20I series against West Indies, while middle order batsman and practical spin bowler Deepak Hooda was selected in the ODI squad. Wrist spinner Kuldeep Yadav has returned to the ODI squad after knee surgery.
Apart from Ravi Bishnoi, BCCI have included many more young players in the ODI squad. In this, fast bowler Avesh Khan, Famous Krishna, Mohammad Siraj, Washington Sundar and Deepak Hooda were selected. Meanwhile, senior non-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin is not part of India’s squad in the home series against West Indies.
