Assessment of answer sheets: Disgruntled AKTU students take to Twitter

Students from Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) expressed dissatisfaction with their reported results on Thursday and Friday. There are many reasons for dissatisfaction, but the main ones remain poor evaluation by teachers, incomplete results. Students request a new assessment of all of their answer sheets.

A third semester civil engineering student, Vishal Rajput, also criticized teachers for not assessing their answer sheets properly. Vishal called on university officials to have their copies rechecked. He said even the toppers got lower marks.

Savita Rauniyar, a third semester student, claimed her result was incomplete. She asked when her results will be updated, to which AKTU responded by saying “your results will be updated soon”.

Speaking to Twitter, Anurag Verma said he never expected this kind of result. “I don’t know how our copies are checked. I really can’t believe it. I think our copies weren’t assessed properly. And for the university it would be very handy to say ‘ask a new check, ‘” he said. tweeted.

Rohan, another student, said: “I sincerely believe that the marking of the answer sheet was not done correctly / correctly. As a result, this had a negative impact on the scores of all applicants. He urged university officials to look into the matter and do what is necessary as it will affect careers.

Harshita Singh tweeted: “I recently got my third semester exam result. I am really saddened that despite doing my best on the internal exams, I got less than grades, which ultimately affects my overall grade point average (GPA). “

Another student, Ankita Dwivedi, claimed that she had submitted all of her documents within the deadline. “But my registration has not yet been verified due to which my exam result from (first semester of MBA) was withheld. Please resolve this issue ASAP,” her tweet read.

Ankit’s tweet accuses teachers of not cooperating with students. “You said such a bad result,” read his tweet.

Updesh Chauhan said, “It took AKTU nearly 90 days to publish the results, but the quality of the assessment is still not up to standard. His worries don’t end there. “And my worry is that they will be taking exams within two months of the first semester. I am convinced that the evaluation will be even worse,” he tweeted.

Lalit Chaudhary also demanded proper verification of his answer sheets.

Yashvee Singh claimed that she passed the exam fairly well, but received insufficient marks.

Abhishek Kumar asked AKTU why there was an average grade while Divyansh Gautam tweeted that he had made the worst decision of his life by accepting admission to AKTU.

When contacted, Rajeev Kumar, Exam Controller, AKTU, said: “The evaluation of the papers was fair. You cannot satisfy the students in any way. I do not accept the students’ arguments that our teachers did not assess the papers well. If any student has any doubts about the assessment, they can challenge the assessment. “
