Karan’s statement on the case

Karan Mehra denied his wife’s allegations and said there was a problem in his marriage with Nisha for a few years and they were trying to ‘fix things. “We’ve been in a difficult relationship for a few years now, and since we didn’t realize it was worth it, we decided to break up.

Since we have a son, I wanted a peaceful separation so that we could give him a good future. I came back from Chandigarh to discuss things and I got into Covid-19. After my recovery, I called my brother-in-law Ritesh Sethia home to help us reach a decision, ”said Karan.

However, the actor said his brother wanted a large amount of maintenance, which he could not afford to pay. Nisha, according to him, has also given her a huge list of demands. After failing to reach a conclusion, Karan said he told them they would discuss it later or let the court decide.

While talking to her mother, Karan mentioned that Nisha stormed in and started abusing her and her family. “He even spat at me twice and said he was going to play dirty now. I told him to get out of the room and while I was washing my hands, he smashed his head against the wall, telling everyone I had done it. They also began recording pictures on the telephone to fence me in.

His brother beat me and even threatened to kill me and my family. I am still very weak because of my diagnosis by Covid-19 and I did not have the strength to fight, ”he said.
When police were called, Karan went to the station, saying that the officers were very cooperative.

After hearing both sides, they filed a report but granted him bail. Currently shocked at the incident, Karan shared that he would stay with his friends and then move on to his parents’ home. He said he was already in talks with his lawyers about the divorce.
