• Executive Director: Rs. 30,000/- per month
• Vice President: Rs. 150,000/- per month
• Associate Vice President: Rs. 150,000/- per month
• Assistant General Manager: Rs. 200000/- per month
• Consultant: Rs. 70,000/-
• Senior Associate: Rs. 20,000/-

Age Limit:

• Senior Associate & Assistant Manager: 28 to 38 years
• Consultant: 30 to 55 years
• Executive Director & Vice President: 45 to 55 years
• Associate Vice President & Assistant General Manager: 35 to 45 years
