The Redmi Smart Band Pro is set to launch on February 9 near the Redmi Note 11S, here’s what we know about it

Redmi is expected to launch its first phone in India this year in the form of the Redmi Note 11S. Scheduled for February 9, the device will be released alongside another yet unannounced Redmi Note 11 phone series.

Now it looks like the company will be adding another product to this mix – the Redmi Smart Band Pro.

Taking on social media, Redmi India has announced that it will launch a strong band in India next month. For those unfamiliar with it, the Redmi Smart Band Pro was introduced to the Xiaomi global market last year.

From this, we know that the outstanding feature of the device is its constant display and the ability to monitor Blood oxygen.

Here’s a look at some of its features in detail.

Specifications and features of Redmi Smart Band Pro
As seen in the global model, the Redmi’s Smart Band Pro comes with a 1.47-inch AMOLED display that plays with 194 x 368 pixels and a maximum brightness of 450 nits and an automatic light detection feature.

With the confirmation of the caption poster by Redmi India, the solid band will once again carry its ever-present display to India.

Some of the highlights among the features of the Redmi’s Smart Band Pro include blood pressure monitoring support, 24 × 7 heart rate monitoring and sleep tracking.

The band will support more than 110 gymnastics, including outdoor running, treadmill, walking, yoga, HIIT and much more.

In some cases, the band can automatically detect the exercise mode and start the same for the user. Exercise models include many water sports, which show that the Redmi Smart Band Pro is water resistant up to 5ATM.

As for what’s under the hood, Redmi’s Smart Band Pro comes with an Apollo 3.5 processor and supports devices running Android 6.0 or newer.

The band is also compatible with iOS 10 or later versions on iPhones. There is a dedicated Xiaomi Wear app to help things go smoothly when you connect the fitness band to the phone.

The Redmi fitness band is supported by a 200mAh battery. Redmi says the battery is enough for up to 14 days of battery life with a single charge of the Redmi Smart Band Pro.

The same extends to a total of 20 days when energy saving mode is used. Once released, the band can be recharged with the magnetic charger that comes with it.
