The JEE Main 2021 third session exam ends: what’s next?

Nationwide, students appeared for JEE Main third session exam when state boards, CBSE and CISCE were releasing the class 12 results.

The third session of the JEE Main engineer entrance examination is over. The exam was held July 20-27 nationwide and August 3-4 for students who have been affected by flooding in Maharashtra. A total of 709,519 candidates registered for the exam.

Across the country, students took the third session examination of the JEE Main when the state councils, CBSE and CISCE released the results of class 12.

JEE Main Exam Ends: When Can Students Expect The Result

The result can be expected soon given the past practices of the National Testing Agency or NTA, which performs the exam.

The results of the first and second JEE Main were announced within a week of the end of the exam.

The first JEE Main phase was held from February 23 to 26, 2021 in which 652,627 students participated. The result of this review was announced on March 8.

The second JEE Main phase was held from March 16 to 18, 2021 to which a total of 619,638 candidates had registered. The result of this sessional exam was made public on March 24.

This year, the JEE main takes place four times so that students have enough chances to improve their score. Academic learning has been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, as schools have remained closed since March 2020 and learning has been transmitted via online mode since then.

In addition to the result of phase 3 of the main JEE, students must also prepare for the last phase of the main JEE which is to be held from August 26th. Exam admission cards can be expected by next week.

The main result of the JEE, the admission card and other details will be available on the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in.
