Review of the MHT CET 2021 for candidates who could not attend due to the rains: Uday Samant for candidates who could not appear in the exams due to rains, announced Uday Samant.
State Common Entry Test Cell, Maharashtra will conduct the MHT CET 2021 re-examination for candidates who were unable to sit the exams due to rains in the state. Uday Samant, Minister of Higher Education and Technical Education ordered the Unit to conduct the exams so that no student is deprived of the exam.
The minister shared the information on his official Twitter account. He wrote: “Given the situation created by the torrential rains in the state, the MHCET CET exams and other courses will be resumed for those students who were unable to take the exams. No student will be deprived of the exam and affected students need not be concerned.

The decision to re-examine comes days after the minister announced that candidates for the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test for Engineering, Technology and Agriculture courses will have another chance to sit for the exam in case of overlap.
However, the review dates and other details have not yet been released by the Unit. The official notice regarding the examination process, the date of the exam and the details of the admission card will be available on the official website in due course.
