The boundary wall of Javed’s house has also been demolished by the bulldozer.

The demolition of the house of Javed Pump, the main accused of Prayagraj violence, has accelerated. The police administration has called for another bulldozer on the spot for demolition. Now three bulldozers are busy demolishing the house of Javed Pump. The first floor of Javed Pump’s house is being demolished.

Policemen entered inside Javed Pump’s house. The policemen took out the goods from inside the house. On reaching the first floor of the house, the policemen also threw down chairs and other items. The door of Javed Pump’s house was locked from inside. Since morning no member of the house came out. The police officers had already made it clear that if the door did not open, people would be pulled out from inside by breaking it. Women policemen have also been deployed on the spot so that if women protest, they can also be controlled.

Police-administration officials vacated the house and after that the luxurious house of Javed Pump started being demolished. No one was present in Javed Pump’s house. Heavy items were already taken out of Javed’s house. A bulldozer reached the first spot and later another bulldozer started the demolition.

PDA gave ultimatum to vacate the house

Earlier, in a notice pasted by the PDA, all the people living in the house were asked to remove their belongings by 11 am today i.e. on June 12. In the notice pasted by the PDA, it was said that on June 12, by 11 o’clock in the day, vacate the house so that the authority can take its action. It is being said that this notice has been pasted by the PDA at Javed Pump’s house during the night.

It is said that in the notice pasted by Prayagraj Development Authority, it has been said about illegal construction. It has been said in the notice of the PDA that the ground floor and first floor have been constructed illegally without taking permission from the authority. For this, a show cause notice was also issued on 10 May 2022. The date of hearing was fixed on May 24 but neither Javed or Javed’s advocate appeared. No records have been produced in this regard.

It has been said on behalf of the PDA that on May 25, orders for demolition of the building were passed, for which notice was also pasted. In the notice of the PDA, it has been said that the building was demolished and asked to inform by June 9, but this was not done.

AIMIM district president Shah Alam, Zeeshan Rahmani, along with SP councilors Fazal Khan, Dilshad Mansoori, Mazdoor Sabha leader Ashish Mittal and Atala area history sheeter Tipu have also been booked by the police.
