Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has extended the application deadline for OPENMAT, B.Ed and Post Basic (Nursing Program) entrance exams. The University will now close the application window for registration for entrance exams on March 25, 2021. Applicants may apply online at the IGNOU entrance exam for the OPENMAT, B.Ed and Post Basic (Nursing Program) entrance sessions for the January 2021 session at ignou .ac.in. The application window was due to close on March 20.
“Online registration for the B.Ed, OPENMAT, Post Basic (Nursing Program) Entrance Test in January 2021 has been extended until March 25, 2021,” read a statement on the website.
IGNOU OPENMAT is an admission test for MBA programs. Graduates including Chartered Accountancy, Cost Accountancy and Company Secretaryship with 50% marks in the regular category and 45% in the reserved category will be able to apply for IGNOU OPENMAT.

Students can apply for IGNOU entrance test for admission to the B.Ed programs with a minimum of 50% degree either in Bachelor’s Degree as well, or in a Master’s Degree in Sciences, Social Sciences, Commerce or Humanity.

Step 2: Click the “SIGN UP” button from the applicant’s login and fill in the required registration details.
Step 3: Fill in the required details.

Step 6: Fill in the details as required for the IGNOU OPENMAT, B.Ed and Post Basic (Nursing Program) tests.
Step 7: Upload scanned copies of images and signatures in specified formats.
Step 8: Pay the application fee online.
