Not many people know about this but both Anushka and Sakshi had been in the same school for a long time and were also doing their degrees together.

Anushka’s father, now Retd. Colonel Ajay Kumar Sharma was once sent to Assam for a long time and that is where the actor met Sakshi for the first time. They both went to St. Mary’s School there was part of the same mass. From 1994 while they were studying together to the years that followed, the two remained friends and had a good reunion.

After graduating, Anushka went on to study art at Mount Carmel College in Bangalore and Sakshi went on to study Hotel Management. However, destiny had to unite them and how! Today, both are successful women in their leagues, and they are good mothers to beautiful girls – Ziva of Sakshi and Vamika of Anushka.
