Another model was found dead at her residence in Patuli area of West Bengal’s capital Kolkata. This is the second such incident in three days. The police informed about this. A model allegedly committed suicide by hanging herself in her house in Kolkata’s Patuli area in West Bengal, police said. According to the police, the deceased has been identified as Manjusha Niyogi.
Her mother claims that she was in deep depression after the death of her friend and another model Bidisha De Majumdar two days ago. Majumdar was a well-known face for bridal makeup photoshoots. He allegedly committed suicide on Wednesday evening at his rented flat in Dumdum area.
A senior police official said Niyogi’s body has been sent for post-mortem to ascertain the exact cause of death. Niyogi’s mother said, “My daughter was in deep depression after the death of her friend Bidisha and was constantly talking about her.”
Famous TV serial actress Pallabi Dey was recently found hanging in her rented flat in Garfa area of South Kolkata.
