Xiaomi MIUI 13 with Android 12 released for beta testers on Redmi Note 10 phones, Mi 11 Lite

Xiaomi has not yet announced the official release of MIUI 13 on its phones. However, reports coming in from around the world suggest that the Xiaomi-based Android 12 operating system has begun to reach certain devices.

Surprisingly, progress has been seen in a few Xiaomi’s budget phones and not its high-end offerings.

New online reports suggest that Android 12 powered MIUI 13 has begun rolling out to beta testers with limited numbers.

Xiaomi has not yet announced the official release of MIUI 13 on its phones.

The update has been seen in other international units of the Redmi Note 10, Redmi Note 10 Pro and Mi 11 Lite. The stable beta update brings the latest version of Android to phones, as well as the new January security patch.

As this is a beta update, some features of Android 12 are still missing from it and only expected in the latest version of the OS update.

The new Mi Sans Font is also not available right now. What is seen in the new OS is the development of a standard system, a January security episode and a new look at the Control Center.

Note that MIUI 13 was first announced by Xiaomi’s late last year, with the launch of its new flagship phones – Xiaomi 12 and Xiaomi 12 Pro.

At the time, the company said MIUI 13 would focus more on security and privacy improvements and would make user experience for Xiaomi and Poco phones more fluid.

The new Mi Sans font was also intended to give a different look to Xiaomi’s smartphones and tablets.

It is easier to see how MIUI 13 is a built-in update than to bring new functionality to phones, as was the case with MIUI 12.

Currently, most Xiaomi phones in India running MIUI 12.5, based on Android 11. were expected to be timely and Xiaomi is launching the launch of MIUI 13 in the country, it will do so on Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G, Mi 11X and Xiaomi 11T Pro initially. We can only expect to see the beta formed in the initial release.

The MIUI 13 beta has already been released in its homeland of Xiaomi’s, China. The first version of the OS update was introduced on 32 Xiaomi and Redmi devices.
