With the iPhone 14 months to be released, rumors about the iPhone 15 have begun to circulate. Until some time back, there were leaks and offers only for the upcoming iPhone 14 series.

The new report now shares important information about camera specifications in the iPhone 15 series. -5X periscope.

As with 9toMac, analyst Jeff Pu has predicted that the 2023 iPhone 15 Pro models will come with a 5x optical zoom periscope lens.

Pu pointed out that Apple has already received samples of this component and will make a final decision in May 2022.

The 5x periscope lens will likely be included in the iPhone 15 Pro models, which could be the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max.

The analyst reveals that Apple is currently in talks with Lante Optics, which is expected to be a leading supplier of periscope lenses for use on the 2023 iPhones.

Currently, Jeff Pu says that when companies come to an end, Lante Optics is expected to offer more than $ 100 million to Apple.

This is not the first time Apple has worked with a Periscope lens that stands out. Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo also predicted that the company was working to install pericope lenses on the 2023 iPhones.

Information should be taken with a grain of salt as it is based entirely on speculation. Apple will not reveal anything about the iPhone 15 before 2023, so to know which camera lens will be installed on the iPhone 15 Pro, you will have to wait until at least 2023.

Rumors about the upcoming iPhone 14 are also frequent. Previous leaks have suggested that the iPhone 14 models are expected to include 120Hz displays and 6GB of RAM.

Apple is rumored to be launching four new models under the iPhone 14 series, which will include the iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Pro, iPhone 14 Pro Max and iPhone 14 mini.

Earlier, there were reports about the camera specification of the iPhone 14 models. It is predicted that the smartphone will come with major camera upgrades.

The iPhone 14 is expected to be backed by Apple’s next A16 Bionic Apple chipset.
