Sunny Singh in Adipurush: Playing Laxman on screen will be something different for me

Earlier this year, Sunny Singh had told her fans to prepare for the unexpected as she announced she was ready for 2021. His fans were unaware that he had an announcement bonus he would make as it was confirmed that he would be part of Adipurush after rumors surfaced that he was floating around the same. He has now opened up further on this story sharing his experience.

Sunny Singh shared, “Adipurush will mark my first Pan India Film. When I was given this film, I can’t express in words how happy I was. Playing a Laxman character on the big screen will be a very different experience for me as in the past I never played a role in the genre.

My previous films have been commercial but this one is completely different from all the films so far. The background and setting of the film is that of Ramayan where the people of India will connect as we all grow up and learn about this story, so the impact of it all will be great, great. As the film is multilingual and practical, shooting in Telugu is a new journey I started with Adipurush. The adrenaline rush is very high and I love the whole process. “
