Moto G51 with Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 SoC introduced: Price, specification

After months of leaks and rumors, Motorola has finally removed the Moto G51 cover. The smartphone has been introduced in the Chinese market.

The Moto G51 is introduced in the middle class and comes with features that include the Qualcomm Snapdragon 480+ SoC and has a 5,000mAh battery.

The display shows the punch hole cut of the front camera. The smartphone has a capsule-shaped camera module on the back with three sensors.

Motorola was already on the verge of launch, the smartphone company had previously introduced the Moto E40 and the Edge 20 series. The Lenovo-owned company has introduced the Edge 20, Edge 20 Fusion and Edge 20 Pro.

Moto G51: Price and Availability

Motorola launched the Moto G51 in China at CNY 1,499 (approximately Rs. 17,500) for a single variant of 8GB RAM + 128GB, revealed a report by Chinese blogger WHYLAB. The smartphone is offered in colors that include blue and Gray gradient colors.

Motorola did not say whether the smartphone would be introduced in India and other markets but as a budget offering, Motorola may have already legalized it in India as well.

Moto G51: Price and specification

The Moto G51’s features a 6.8-inch hole-punch LCD with a high refresh rate of 120 Hz and a touch rate of 240Hz for the sample.

The smartphone is powered by a 2.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 480+ SoC paired with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, which can be expanded using a MicroSD card.

In terms of camera, the Moto G51’s features a three-rear camera setup that includes a 50-megapixel S5JKN1 main sensor, as well as an 8-megapixel sensor and a 2-megapixel sensor as well. There is also a front camera, but its details have been disclosed.

The Moto G51 has a 5,000mAh battery supported by 10W fast charging. Comes with Dolby Atmos sponsorship. For connectivity, the Moto G51 comes with 5G support, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth v5.2, GPS, USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm audio jack. There is also a fingerprint sensor on the back of the smartphone.
