Mi HyperSonic Power Bank With 50W Fast Charging, 20,000mAh Power Introduced In India

The HyperSonic Power Bank has launched in India with a mass sponsorship campaign. The latest power bank in Xiaomi’s portfolio brings 50W faster charging power and the construction of three ports.

It has a standard compact form factor but is thicker than other power banks on the company’s list, due to its large capacity of 20,000mAh.

It can charge up to 45W laptops and has a dark matte exterior. The HyperSonic Power Bank also has a number of built-in protection features.

The HyperSonic Power Bank costs Rs. 3,499 as part of a mass sponsorship campaign on the Mi India store website. It is offered in a single color of Matte Black and will start shipping from Sept. 15.

Interested customers can support the campaign and purchase a power bank at a discounted price of Rs. 3,499, which will be updated to Rs. 4,999 at the end of the mass refund campaign.

Mi HyperSonic Power Bank has a Lithium Polymer battery with a capacity of 20,000mAh. It can deliver a maximum charging speed of 50W.

There are two USB Type-A ports and one USB Type C port, and only a Type C port with a charging speed of 50W. USB Type-A ports can output 15W each with dual connection mode.

Individually, they can make a charge of up to 22.5W. USB Type-C port supports Power Deliver (PD) 3.0 as well.

Mi HyperSonic Power Bank’s features a low power charging mode that can be done by double-clicking the power button.

Allows secure charging of low-power devices, such as Bluetooth headsets, power bands, and smartwatches.

Mi HyperSonic Power Bank’s itself can be charged in about three hours and 50 minutes, thanks to a 45W charging support.

Xiaomi says it can charge a Lenovo L480 Laptop for 2 hours and 27 minutes, a Mi 11X Pro for 1 hour and 5 minutes, and a Mi Watch Revolve for 2 hours and 20 minutes.

The power bank has 16-level protection and is a certified Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS).

In terms of built-in protection, Mi HyperSonic Power Bank comes with heat resistance, high power protection, shutdown protection, electrostatic protection, short circuit protection, and more. Depending on the size, it measures 157.3×73.5×27.5mm.
