Google Play Pass launched in India for Rs 99 per month. Google’s Play Store subscription program was launched in the United States in 2019 and has taken more than two years to reach India.

The service offers access to a number of apps and games in exchange for monthly or annual payments. Google Play has announced that the world will be released for Android smartphone users from this week.

As of now, the service is already available in 90 countries and offers access to many apps and games without ads, in-app purchases, and prepaid payments.

The Play Pass will provide a selected collection of 1000+ articles in 41 categories from developers in all 59 countries, including many from India, the technology giant said in a statement Monday morning.

Google believes that Play Pass will also allow Indian engineers of all kinds of apps and games a new way to expand the global user base and open up new revenue streams.

In the meantime, Google will continue to work with global and local developers to add new games and apps every month.

Google Play Pass Registration Programs for India
Google has announced three different programs for Indian users.

The first one-month trial is free for all users but, after that they will have to pay Rs 99 per month to continue the service. The annual Google Play World Cup will cost Rs 889 while users can also receive one month’s prepaid subscription for Rs 109.

With the Google family team, family managers can share Play Pass subscriptions with up to five other family members.

Users can access the world by tapping the profile icon at the top right of the Google Play Store app and selecting the Play Pass option.

Subscribers can access a collection of apps and games via the Play Pass tab or by checking the Play Pass “ticket” when browsing articles in the Google Play Store.

Play Pass will provide apps and games from different categories such as games, puzzles, or action games – to apps that enable productivity.

Google guarantees that passing will include popular games like Jungle Adventures, World Cricket Battle 2, and Monument Valley, useful apps like Utter, Unit Converter and AudioLab, and hidden gems like Photo Studio Pro , Kingdom Rush Frontiers TD, and more.
