Global Cyber ​​Security- New Delhi: India has taken a big step in the Global Cyber security Index. India has now reached the 10th position in the Global Cyber ​​Security Index. Previously, India was ranked 47th. At the same time, China is 33rd and Pakistan 79th in terms of cybersecurity in the study. The United States comes first, followed by the United Kingdom second.

This cybersecurity study has come to the fore at a time when the government faces many types of cyber attacks from both sides of the border. On Tuesday, the first formal public meeting on cybersecurity was held at the United Nations Security Council. On behalf of India, Foreign Minister Harsh Vardhan Shringla attended and drew the attention of the international community to the misuse of cyberspace by terrorists.

At the meeting, Foreign Minister Harsh Vardhan Shringla also said that terrorists around the world are using cyberspace to spread their propaganda, promote hatred and violence, recruit young people and extort money. He said that India, as a victim of terrorism, has always noticed that member states pay more strategic attention and deal with the issue of the use of cyberspace for terrorist purposes.
