Dessert Recipe: Enjoy chocolate cakes and buttercream frosting today

Chocolate cakes with butter ice
Ingredients
180ml – Milk + 1 tsp – White vinegar, mixed together and rested for at least five minutes4gms – Coffee powder90gms – Cocoa powder1 tsp – Baking powder180ml – Vegetable oil150gms – Sugar3gms – baking soda180gms – flour for all purposes2 – Eggs2.5ml – Vanilla ExtractButterfly
100gms – Butter30gms – Cocoa powder1 cup – caster sugarSteps

* Preheat the oven to 180 celsius. Meanwhile, load your cake tray with cake liners.
* Take a glass bowl and whisk in all the flour and cocoa, ground coffee, soda and baking powder
* Take another bowl and mix the sugar, oil and eggs together. But remember to add one egg at a time and mix well until combined with the other ingredients. Next, add the vanilla essence and mix well.
* Mix the dry and wet ingredients together and whisk until a smooth lump free of air bubbles. Pour this batter over all the cake molds and bake until well cooked.
