Who can apply for an e-pass
According to a Delhi Government order, people selling essential items such as food, fruits, vegetables, milk and medicines will be allowed to roam after receiving an e-pass. Similarly, individuals working in printing and electronic organizations will also be allowed to leave if they have an e-pass. Apart from them, private doctors, nurses, and emergency workers can also travel home hours by displaying a valid ID.
Passengers traveling to and from the airport, train station, and bus station will also be allowed to leave after producing valid tickets. Pregnant women and patients going for treatment can walk between 10 at night and 5 in the morning. Banks, insurance offices, ATMs, petrol pumps, LPG, CNG, petrol, and gas outlets and shops will remain open during the restricted times.
