Government-owned telco Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited BSNL offers DSL broadband programs ranging from Rs 299 and up to Rs 1299.
The Rs 299 DSL broadband system offers 10 Mbps speed per 100GB of data after which the speed is reduced to 2 Mbps.
The plan, however, is for new users six months later to move to the 200GB CUL system which costs Rs 399.
The following plans for sale are priced at Rs 555, Rs 779, Rs 949 and Rs 1299 which offer 10 Mbps speed of 500GB, 779 GB, 1100 GB, and 1600GB. Speed in premium systems has been reduced to 5 Mbps.
Internet service providers such as JioFiber, AirtelXStream and BSNL Bharat Fiber offer fiber broadband programs that sell for less than Rs 500. They cost as follows.
JioFiber Rs 399 broadband system: This system offers unlimited internet speed at 30Mbps. This program does not have any OTT subscriptions but offers unlimited beats.
Airtel XStream Fiber Rs 499 broadband system:
Airtel Unlimited Rs 499 broadband: This broadband system offers unlimited internet speeds of up to 40 Mbps and other additional benefits including subscriptions to Airtel XStream, Wynk Music and Shaw academy .
The Airtel XStream app includes access to Vot Basic, Eros Now, Hungama Play, Shemaroo M and Ultra.
BSNL Bharat Fiber Rs 449 broadband system: BSNL has doubled its comprehensive Rs 449 system across all circles.
The program was initially available to users for six months after which users had to move to the Rs 599 program.
BSNL DSL broadband programs start at Rs 299
It has now been made available in the country. The Fiber Basic 449 system provides download speeds of 30Mbps up to 3.3TB usage while the Fiber Basic Plus 599 system offers download speeds of 60 Mbps up to 3.3TB usage.
Both programs offer 2Mbps post FUP download speeds and unlimited voice calls to any network at no additional cost.
