Apple has long been working with the first electric car and while the company has kept the project under control for a long time, it now has global attention for both technology and automotive companies alike.

Yes, there are a number of established car conglomerates that can help Apple launch a series of supplements for its large and global electric car.
However, recent reports indicate that Apple may be relying on the alternative, and trust its existing suppliers of iPhone and other products to manufacture its car in the future.
Opportunities are supported by the fact that its two largest suppliers are now in the EV business.
Foxconn and Luxshare, two key manufacturers of Apple products, are rumored to be the front-runners for Apple Car.
A new DigiTimes Asia report highlights how both companies have entered the electric car market and are poised to have a strong production potential as Apple finishes developing its EV.
Foxconn, for example, confirmed its plans to build electric cars last year. The Taiwan-based equipment manufacturer plans to begin developing these EVs in North America by 2023 and is currently exploring locations in the US and Mexico through its facility.
Luxshare, a Chinese-based electronics manufacturer that manufactures Apple’s AirPods, also announced its plans to produce EVs last month.
The company has partnered with Chery Group in this regard and plans to launch a new EV firm within the next three months.
Chairman of the company Wang Laichun said in an investor statement that the company plans to become the world’s leading provider of Tier 1 EVs for this new business.
Another way for Apple
Apple will have some advantages in appointing Foxconn or Luxshare as its supplier of electric vehicles.
Both companies have had strong relationships with the company and may be able to continue this relationship as they all enter the EV world. Luxshare could also help Apple’s enter the EV space in China, the world’s largest EV market.
Apple’s, on the other hand, may be meeting with car manufacturers who have developed their own EV.
The report states that Hyundai and Magna International are in talks with Apple on this, and as they both have more experience than Foxconn and Luxshare who will be entering the business sector (contributing to the industry but especially segments) Apple can expect the best results for them.
