Acer launched the Acer Nitro 5 in India today as its latest gaming laptop. At an initial price of Rs 84,999, the new Acer laptop comes with a 12th Gen Intel Core i7 processor for a smaller device.
Acer says the laptop will work for those who want more features and more user-focused information.
The highlight of the Acer Nitro 5 is its small bezel display, which results in an 80 percent body screen size. Acer says the Nitro 5 is already available in its online store, Acer stores, Amazon, Croma & Vijay Sales. Although the website says other versions of laptops are yet to come. As mentioned, the original price on the Nitro 5 was kept at Rs 84,999.
Details of Acer Nitro 5
The new Acer’s gaming laptop will be available in two sizes – one with a 15-inch display and the other with a 17-inch display. It will have a 165Hz refresh rate and a response time of 3ms for “precision and small ghost” like each Acer.
Inside, Nitro 5 has a 12th Gen Intel Core i7 processor and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 30 Series GPUs fully optimized for high-end MGP.
Memory is handled with two M.2 PCIe SSDs1 spaces for storage and up to 32GB of DDR4 3200 RAM. Nitro 5 runs Windows 11 without box and connectivity, including Killer Ethernet E2600 and Intel Killer Wi-Fi 6 AX1650i. The ports include HDMI 2.1 and ThunderboltTM 4 Type-C.
Acer’s says the Nitro 5 is equipped with a dual-fan and quad-exhaust port design for cooling. The NitroSense UI, which can be accessed with a dedicated NitroSense key, will also be able to display portable computer temperature, upload performance, power system, and other such features.
Other features on Nitro 5 include the 4-zone RGB keyboard, DTS: X Ultra Sound, dual built-in AI sound reduction, Webcam with Temporal Noise Reduction, Killer DoubleShot Pro, and and Thunderbolt 4 Type-C hole. The sound is maintained by two 2W speakers on a portable computer.
