Edible oil has become cheap, including mustard!

Edible Oil Prices: A rapid improvement in the prices of soybeans, palm oil and cottonseed oil was seen in the Delhi oilseed market on Saturday. Traders said palm oil and soybean oil prices corrected due to the 1.5% rise recorded on the Chicago Stock Exchange on Friday night.

He said that the arrival of mustard increased in the market, due to which the prices of mustard seeds recorded an easing. The arrival of bags of mustard in mandis increased from five lakh bags on Friday to seven lakh bags on Saturday. For this reason, there has been a drop in mustard oil prices of Rs 25 per quintal. According to traders, the decline in groundnut oil prices was observed due to weak demand.
