Sonali Bendre had announced in 2018 that she had been diagnosed with “advanced cancer”. The actor-writer was then treated for about five months in New York.

Posting pictures of the treatment before and after her social media platforms, Sonali wrote that she finds it difficult to have a difficult time in her life.

Tahira Kashyap celebrated Cancer Survivors’ Day with a powerful message on social media.That same year, Tahira Kashyap shared that she was diagnosed with Stage 0 breast cancer and underwent a mastectomy.
