Will JEE Main 2022 exam be delayed due to Agneepath scheme Protest?

The first session of JEE Main 2022 is scheduled to commence on June 23, and most candidates would be unable to attend due to the present political turmoil in the country. Protests have been staged in areas including as Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka, and Telangana in response to the central government’s new Agneepath scheme. Despite the fact that exams such as CLAT 2022 were held on June 19 amid protests over Agneepath, exams such as JEE Main have a large number of applicants, and candidates should not have any difficulties getting to the exam centre.

The possibilities of the exam being postponed are significant if the JEE Main admit card 2022 for Session 1 is not given before June 21. Candidates should be aware, however, that a postponement is rare because the NTA takes steps to ensure that the exam runs smoothly. This year, the government will not support any academic postponement. Candidates are warned not to trust any rumours about the exam being postponed.

NTA would likely publish an official statement concerning the exam date if the JEE Main admit card 2022 is not released on June 21. Candidates are encouraged to wait patiently for their admission cards and to continue studying for the entrance exam.
Exams such as CLAT, COMEDK, MPPSC Prelims, and Rajasthan JET were held without incident on June 19. As a result, it’s unlikely that JEE Main 2022 would be postponed as a result of the Agneepath protest. NTA had previously distributed the advance city intimation slip for Session 1 last week.
