Game of Thrones has been a global phenomenon – until it disappeared. It is truly amazing how it has collapsed almost all night as a pop culture behemoth in something people are ashamed to expose for fear of ridicule.

What’s going on?

The reason I think it’s not that the end was bad, is that the whole last season – and most of the seventh season – was against everything that came before. The adjective of the narrative has removed what the show was about. The ending, as in the case of Westeros when the final episode ended the broadcast, was by no means an indisputable fact. Sounds like it because it wasn’t available.
