After months of speculation, WhatsApp finally announced that it would offer the opportunity to transfer chat history from iOS to Android and vice versa.

This is why they are automatically stored on your phone, and are not available on cloud messaging services. We are excited for the first time to make it easier for people to securely transfer their WhatsApp history from one app to another.
This has been one of our favorite features for users for years and we have worked closely with apps and device manufacturers to resolve it. ”
So here are the key details of the new WhatsApp feature
- WhatsApp had announced the Samsung Unpacked Samsung migration event for Samsung, which was on August 11th.
