WhatsApp for Android users will soon find new drawing tools

WhatsApp works with a host of new features. The messaging app was recently seen exploring new drawing tools for the Android version of the app.

It has been reported that the messaging app will receive a drawing tool and pencil soon. In addition to the Android app, WhatsApp also works to introduce new color schemes for the desktop app.

The report reveals that WhatsApp Desktop will receive new chat bubbles with dark themes.

According to Wabetainfo, WhatsApp is working with new drawing tools for its Android system. It is reported that WhatsApp will add new pencils and drawing tools to photos and videos.

This means you can now post photos and videos before sending them. WhatsApp currently only has one pencil, but will get new pencil options. The pencil would be of different sizes — thick and very thin.

The report also revealed that users will have the option to blur certain parts of the image. Tool also under development. Features are expected to be distributed on WhatsApp for Android beta.

The report states that new drawing tools are still being developed, and there is no date for the release of beta testers from now on.

WhatsApp also works on a dozen other features. Recently, message response management settings were detected in the iOS beta app.

WhatsApp has long been rumored to be operating on a messaging response device such as iMessage. To keep the story short, the messaging app will allow users to reply to messages with emoji.

This feature is not new to the message area, as iMessage and other Facebook-hosted apps that include Instagram and Facebook Messenger allow users to reply to messages via emoji.

WhatsApp is currently the only meta-owned app that has not yet received this feature.

Wabetainfo has revealed that the 22.2.72 version of WhatsApp beta for iOS has new response management settings. In a screenshot shared by Wabetainfo, the toggle button to turn on and off message messages can be seen.

It will allow users to control when to receive response notifications, individual conversations with groups, and what tone to play when receiving those notifications.

The screenshot reveals nothing about what the message response feature will look like once it has been removed. However, the fact that users now have access to the response management option indicates the fact that the message response feature will be available to users soon.
