After the Royal Challengers Bangalore vs. Delhi Capitals IPL 2022 match, Dinesh Karthik and Virat Kohli had a pleasant talk. Karthik’s efforts helped RCB’s tally reach 189/5 from 92/5 in 11.2 overs.
During the chat with Kohli, DK (as he is affectionately known) expressed a wish to play for India in the next ICC T20 World Cup. He stated that he has two goals: one is to perform well for RCB, and the other is to make his way through the Indian team.
“There are two objectives: a short-term goal and a longer-term vision. The short-term goal is to perform admirably for RCB. The larger goal is to play for the country “Karthik stated in a video posted on IPLT20.com.

During a conversation with Karthik, Kohli stated, “Man of the IPL so far for me.”
“I was struck by your serenity. “You’ve got shots for every field,” Kohli remarked. “That was a remarkable feature.” “This gives all of us in the locker room a lot of confidence,” he added.
Karthik responded when asked how he kept his cool. “I was aware that I was the final batter. You can’t leave it to anyone else when you’re the final batsman.
Karthik elaborated on his plan, saying, “Kuldeep was bowling well at the time, so I paid him respect and then went after the bowlers I wanted to target. Understanding the wicket and which bowler to target is critical for a middle-order batsman. With the dropped catch, I actually got lucky.”
“No one gave RCB a chance at 15 overs, so to come back from there is incredibly special for me,” DK remarked.
“I am extremely delighted that DK is clear about his aspirations and has made a solid case for himself,” Virat Kohli remarked.

On Saturday, Royal Challengers Bangalore defeated Delhi by 16 runs at Wankhede Stadium in their fourth match of the season.
