Buyers of the Redmi Note 10 series are complaining online about many problems with their smartphones. The smartphone series was launched in India just last month and the list includes three phones – the Redmi Note 10 Pro Max, the Redmi Note 10 Pro, and the Redmi Note 10.
Recipients now report problems affecting the screen, downsizing, and occasional screen brightness. These problems are reported to occur in all three species.
Redmi India acknowledged the matter but said less than 0.001 percent of affected users, adding that the solution was working. The range of the Redmi Note 10 is priced in India from Rs 11,999.
Buyers of the Redmi Note 10 list have been tweeting about problems with their handsets. A few users of the Redmi Note 10 Pro ₹ 16,999 and Redmi Note 10 have complained about problems with their phone calls, while others say that their calls are not answered from time to time.
While many users experienced problems while typing their units, one user also complained that his Redmi Note 10 had gone too far.
A user who claims to have replaced it after repeated problems said the new unit also had similar touch problems. He said when the service center was notified of the recurring problem, he was told to wait one to two months for the software to be repaired.
