The film did a business of Rs 18.75 crore on the very first day of its release. The craze of Hollywood films has increased tremendously in India in the last few years and its effect is now clearly visible on the Hollywood films being released. This film has become the highest-grossing Hollywood film at No. 5 on Day 1 in India.

Chris Hemsworth‘s film has been released in 2800 screens in India. Fans were waiting for a long time to see this film and now their wait is finally over. The film started well on the first day of its release and did a business of Rs 18.60 crores. Usually films are released on Friday, so they earn well in three days of the weekend. The film is going to get four days from its release on Thursday. There are speculations about ‘Thor: Love and Thunder’ that the film can do a business of 70-80 crores this weekend.

Marvel Studios’ India Collection:
Interestingly, all the five highest-grossing Hollywood films on Opening Day in India are from Marvel Studios. The first number in this list is ‘Avengers: Endgame’, which collected Rs 52.50 crore on the opening day. Whereas, Marvel Studios’ previous release ‘Doctor Strange – In the Multiverse of Madness’ did a business of around Rs 28.75 crore at the box office on the first day.
