The Tamil Nadu Govt forms a committee to assess the impact of NEET

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin established the head of the committee by retired Judge AK Rajan to assess the impact of NEET on those in need in the community.

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin on Saturday, June 05, 2021, appointed a high court judge, the AK AK Rajan Committee, to assess the impact of NEET on medical, social and economic needs. The committee will also propose an alternative to admission to medical colleges. Legal remedies should be helpful to all who wish.

The people of TN have been protesting against the NEET exams since its inception. The DMK government in its poll promise also said they would do everything to end NEET in TN.

“They want to end the entrance test against social justice. They demand medical approval based on the Class 12 board examination marks as used during the previous DMK government led by Karunanidhi. The TN government has fought many legal battles, ”a media report said.

“The national government has taken steps to ensure social justice and has taken all possible measures to eliminate the impact of NEET

“The committee will investigate whether the standard medical admissions test has affected students who have been retiring for the past few years it.
