The iPhone14 Pro models may have a much higher price than expected

The iPhone14 to be lunched this year are expected to significantly increase in price, especially for Pro models. A recent leak from AppleLeaksPro suggests that future iPhone 14 Pro models will be more expensive compared to the existing 13 Pro models.

As usual, Apple is expected to unveil four models for the iPhone 2022 series, including the iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Pro, iPhone 14 Pro Max, and iPhone 14 Max. Well, the iPhone 14 Max is expected to replace the mini this year. There will be no smaller model this year.

Tipster says it is with the advent of the iPhone 14 Max that the prices of the Pro models will see a significant increase compared to its predecessor.

The iPhone 13 mini currently has an estimated price of $ 699 but the upcoming iPhone 14 Max will have a much higher price, at about $ 899, suggests tipster. This will have a direct impact on the prices of Pro models.

Prices for the iPhone 14 are rewarding

As a new leak, the iPhone14 will cost $ 799, similar to the iPhone 13. But the change is that prices will go from Max to Pro models. It is proposed that the iPhone 14 Max will have an estimated price of $ 899, which will replace the affordable iPhone 13 Mini introduced for $ 699.

Tipster suggests that the iPhone 14 Max will be the star of this year’s iPhone event, which is due to take place this fall.

This will automatically increase the prices of Pro models. According to the tipster, the iPhone 14 Pro will start at $ 1099, much higher than the iPhone 13 Pro at $ 999. The high-end model called the iPhone 14 Pro Max is said to cost $ 1199, and about $ 100 more than the iPhone 13 Pro Max.

In line with the rumors and leaks circulating online, the iPhone 14 series will come with an A16 Bionic chipset, which will be the renamed version of the A15 chip that powers the iPhone 13 series.

Tipster suggests the company plans to rename the -A15 to A16 due to global shortage of chips. The Cupertino-based tech giant is said to be striving to “make all the A16 and M2 chips they need”.
