The Tecno Spark 8C has started appearing in India. It is an entry level contribution starting at Rs 7,499. The phone is provided with one configuration and with four different color options.
The Tecno Spark 8C plays a rectangular rear camera module with two rear cameras and a powerful fingerprint scanner. On the front, there is a dew notch and flash notch display.
Selfie flash is rarely seen on smartphones these days, so it’s good to see a feature on this phone.
The Tecno Spark 8C follows the Tecno Spark 8 launched in India last year. It also includes a 6.6-inch HD + display and 90Hz refresh rate.
The display has a maximum brightness of 480 nits and a touch rate of 180Hz. Tecno empowers this device with octa-core Unisoc T606 SoC.
The device gets 3GB of RAM upgraded to 6GB with the Memory Fusion RAM feature. In terms of storage, it gets one 64GB expandable option up to 256GB with Micro-SD.
The phone is equipped with an AI-powered dual dual camera system including a 13-megapixel main camera and another QVGA sensor.
As before, it gets an 8-megapixel camera for photos you have taken. The rear camera delivers features such as 1080p time-lapse and 120fps slower video recording. Additional features include AI Beauty 3.0, Wide Selfie, Standby Mode, and HDR.
The Tecno Spark 8C plays a 5,000mAh battery. The company claims to bring up to 13 hours of playing time and up to 53 hours of dialing on this device.
Provides communication options such as 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a 3.5mm audio jack. In addition, the device is IPX2 certified and provides support for scanning fingerprints and face-opening features.
