First Market: Trip Trip Easy Planners at Rs 212.25, 13.5% premium discount price

Shares of Easy Trip Planners made a decent debut on buses on Friday. The listed premium of 13.5 per cent at Rs 212.25 per share on the NSE is inconsistent with the issuance of Rs 187 per share.

In BSE, it is listed at Rs 206 each, increasing by 10 percent. In domestic deals, it received a maximum of Rs 234 per share, up 25 percent on the NSE. The IPO, which opened from March 8-10, was registered 160 times at a price of Rs 186-187 per share.

The public issue received a strong response from investors in all categories and qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) who registered for their share 78 times. Non-institutional investors have registered for their fixed share 384 times and investors have sold 70.78 times.
