Sony has introduced 2 new wireless speakers for India, SRS-NS7 and SRS-NB10. SRS-NS7 comes with Dolby Atmos support.
Sony Neckband speakers are compatible with the WLA-NS7 transmitter to provide Sony signature 360 Spatial Sound signals and Sony Bravia XR TVs.
The 360 Spatial Sound Personalizer app, after pairing with the SRS-NS7 wireless neckband speaker and Sony Bravia XR TV, simulates the 3D shape of the user’s ear and enhances the realization of Dolby Atmos speakers for them.
SRS-NB10 allows you to take conference calls and listen to music. Precise Voice Pickup Technology with SRS-NB10 allows you to be heard, even if you are in a noisy environment with Precise Voice Pickup Technology.
Both the SRS-NB10 and SRS-NS7 speakers are resistant to IPX4 and offer a battery life of up to 20 and 12 hours respectively.
SRS-NS7 provides clear acoustics and powerful audio pressure with X-Balanced Speaker Unit and idle radiator. It has a hands-free dial function integrated. The Play or Call button is located to the left of the neck band.
It has a multi-point connection that allows users to connect two devices at the same time. Sony says a quick 10-minute charge could add one hour of extra playing time.
SRS-NBS10, an affordable alternative to two cordless neckband speakers can be purchased for Rs. Rs.11,990 while SRS-NS7 can be purchased for Rs. 22,990. WLA-NS7 is a wireless transmitter that can be purchased for Rs. 5,690.
Sony Wireless Speakers are available at all Sony Centers, e-commerce sites, and supermarkets throughout India from January 24 onwards.
In related news, Sony last week re-sold its popular Play Station 5 console in India. However, retailer websites such as Reliance Digital and ShopAtSC crash just after opening pre-orders due to high demand. Websites were throwing 404 Errors on their previous PS5 pre-order page.
Globally, the Play Station 5 is not easily accessible due to the ongoing shortage of chips in the world.
