Schools, colleges and coaching institutes will open

Schools- Reopening of schools in Rajasthan: The government of Rajasthan decided on Thursday to reopen private and public schools, universities and coaching institutes from September 1 with 50% capacity from grade 9 to 12 in the state . After Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot’s decision, the Interior Ministry issued detailed guidelines for the prevention of corona infection in educational institutions. In accordance with the standard operating procedure (SOP) issued by the Home Office, courses will be allowed to open with a participation capacity of only 50 percent.

The conduct of regular teaching activities of state government / university / college / state private schools (9th to 12th grade) can start from September 1 with a capacity of 50 percent. Regular teaching activities for grades 1-8 in schools will continue to be conducted in an online-only mode until further notice.

According to the instructions issued by the Home Office, all coaching institutes in the state will be able to hold the meeting with a capacity of 50% from September 1, provided that their academic and non-educational staff have taken both vaccine doses.

It will be compulsory for all students to obtain written permission from their parents / guardians before coming to educational institutions. If parents / guardians do not wish to send their children to courses for offline study now, they will not be compelled to attend by the relevant institute.
