Realme Q5i with Dimensity 810, 13-megapixel cameras introduced: Price, details

Realme unveiled the Q5i smartphone in China before the event on April 20. The new Q5i comes with mid-range specifications but looks good on paper.

Highlights of the new Realme Q5i is the MediaTek Dimension 810 processor, 90Hz display, and fast charging battery. The Q5i is seen as part of the Q5 series, which Realme said it will launch on April 20, and its early arrival gives customers another option in the market.

The design of the Realme Q5i is very similar to some of its existing phones. There are two large cut-out cameras in the back, and the other rear panel has a text area that can be heard when you move your fingers on it.

The Realme Q5i comes in two colors, black and blue, surprisingly it has no sharp words.

Price of Realme Q5i


The Realme Q5i has two storage configurations. The variant with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage costs CNY 1,199, which is about Rs 14,400, while the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage model has a price tag of CNY 1,299 (approximately Rs 15,600) . The phone will already be pre-ordered in China and there is no information on when it will be available elsewhere.

Details of Realme Q5i


The Realme Q5i’s is a budget phone and its details should attract customers with the price. The phone has a 6.58-inch FullHD AMOLED display with a frequency response of 90Hz.

The display has a teardrop-style notch on the top, inside which is an 8-megapixel camera. Enabling Realme Q5i’s octa-core processor MediaTek Dimensity 810, compatible with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.

The phone supports microSD card, so you can extend the storage in case you need more. The phone is running Android 12-based Realme UI 3.0.

Realme seems to be moving slowly using a few cameras on phones. Among them are the Q5i, with only two rear cameras, one with a 13-megapixel sensor and the other with a 2-megapixel depth sensor.

Cameras are aided by an LED flashlight module. The Realme Q5i’s is powered by a 4800mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging with an integrated charger.

The phone also has a 3.5mm earphone jack and comes with standard connecting options, such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS.
